JOIN VOICES OF RECOVERY

At Voices of Recovery, we believe the most powerful force for change comes from those who have lived it. If you’re in recovery, your story, insight, and perspective can help transform how addiction care is accessed and delivered across Washington State—and beyond.

We are building a movement rooted in lived experience to ensure treatment is guided by the voices of those who know it best. We're partnering with researchers, policymakers, and like-minded organizations to influence systems and policies in ways that are compassionate, informed, and effective.

ANONYMITY & PRIVACY

Joining is anonymous. We understand that many people wish to keep their health information private—but that shouldn’t prevent them from having a voice.

BE OF SERVICE.

BE PART OF A COMMUNITY.

Being of service to others is often a meaningful part of the recovery journey—and research backs it up. Studies have shown that helping others can boost self-esteem, strengthen a sense of purpose, and support long-term well-being. It reminds us that our experiences, no matter how difficult, can become a powerful source of hope and healing for someone else.

When you join Voices of Recovery, you’re not just contributing your story—you’re becoming part of a supportive, like-minded community that believes in the strength of shared experience. Community plays a vital role in sustained recovery and overall quality of life. We’re here to remind each other that we’re not alone, and that together, we can create a better, more responsive system of care for everyone.
