Hosted at AXIS Pioneer Square, the celebration brought together families, advocates, and changemakers to uplift those navigating recovery and reentry.
We’re grateful to WELD for creating such a meaningful space to celebrate resilience — and to everyone who showed up to make this day sweet in every sense. 🍬

VOICES OF RECOVERY IN THE COMMUNITY
Voices of Recovery attended the University of Washington's Innovations in Addressing Substance Use and Addiction forum, hosted by the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences on September 30th 2024.
This event highlighted the department's initiatives to address the challenges of addiction and substance use disorders in our region. Participants engaged with addiction researchers, educators, and clinicians throughout a full day filled with presentations, interactive booths, and afternoon roundtable workshops.
The event featured a policy panel with the following participants:

• Brad Finegood, Strategic Advisor to Seattle-King County Public Health
