OUR RECOVERY GUIDE

Recovery doesn’t follow a straight path — it’s more like the growth of a tree. There are seasons of rapid change, times of stillness, and even moments of setback. Growth may pause, shift directions, or need pruning — but with the right support, it continues.

Healing and recovery look different for everyone, but the roots and the core elements remain the same. Recovery begins with meeting basic needs, finding safety, and accepting that addiction is a chronic condition. These roots lay the groundwork for everything that follows. It often takes many years to grow — but once rooted, it becomes strong enough to weather future storms.
